Real-time athletic results in the hands of coaches, athletes, and supporters.
CTSC's annual athletic meets draw hundreds of participants across dozens of events. Managing schedules, recording results, and keeping participants and supporters informed in real time required a dedicated mobile solution.
The Central Travancore Sahodaya Complex athletic meets involved hundreds of student athletes competing across dozens of events over multiple days. Results were announced via PA system and physical noticeboards — information reached supporters and coaches slowly and inconsistently.
Coaches needed real-time scheduling to plan warm-up routines. Athletes needed to know exactly when their events were scheduled. Supporters wanted live results. None of these needs were being met.
CTSC Athletics — delivered by Techius Solutions
Techius built CTSC Athletics as a real-time Android application that served three distinct user groups simultaneously: athletes tracking their event schedules, coaches monitoring results across events, and supporters following live scores.
A lightweight backend served live result updates with minimal latency, while the app's architecture ensured smooth performance even on lower-spec devices common among student participants.

CTSC Athletics was adopted across all participating schools from its first deployment, replacing the paper-based information system entirely. The real-time results and push notifications created a more engaging experience for supporters and reduced the administrative burden on meet organisers.
The application has become a standard part of CTSC's event infrastructure.
