Kalotsav's scale — dozens of concurrent events across multiple venues, hundreds of student performers, and thousands of supporters — made information management a significant operational challenge. Participants frequently missed their event slots due to poor communication, and result announcements via PA were often missed or misheard.

Techius built CTSC Kalotsav as a comprehensive festival companion app. Participants could filter the full event schedule to their own category, receive push alerts before their events, and check results as they were published.

A live scoring module allowed event coordinators to input scores from their smartphones — feeding results to all users in real time without requiring a central data entry point.
